01 / The challenge

The problem worth solving.

Large forms with structured information and multiple file categories can become difficult to use and expensive to maintain. The challenge was to make those workflows consistent without rebuilding each form from scratch.

02 / My contribution

Where I took ownership.

  • Built frontend workflows for substantial academic data entry.
  • Implemented reusable forms and layered input abstractions.
  • Handled file-based inputs and the presentation of uploaded material.
03 / The approach

Decisions behind the experience.

01

Forms defined by their data

Used schemas, initial values, and validation rules to drive reusable form layouts and input components.

02

Consistent input behavior

Applied a layered input architecture with React Hook Form and Zod to keep validation and interactions predictable across pages.

03

Files within the workflow

Integrated multiple file-upload categories and clear file presentation into the broader academic information flow.

04 / What this work enables

Engineering that serves the workflow.

A reusable form foundation reduces repeated implementation and gives data-heavy academic workflows a consistent, understandable interface.
