01 / The challenge

The problem worth solving.

Remote care combines several kinds of feedback: the live conversation, an operator’s commands, and changing device data. Each needed to be clear without fragmenting the physician’s attention across separate tools.

02 / My contribution

Where I took ownership.

  • Implemented frontend video-consultation experiences.
  • Built backend-mediated command flows and result presentation.
  • Developed monitoring views and chart-based device feedback.
03 / The approach

Decisions behind the experience.

01

One operational workspace

Integrated video consultation and remote-control interactions into a single frontend workflow.

02

Commands with clear feedback

Built request, status, and result flows through backend APIs. Backend services handle direct communication with the medical robot.

03

Readable monitoring

Used periodic data updates and charts to present changing device information in a near-real-time interface.

04 / What this work enables

Engineering that serves the workflow.

The interface brings remote consultation and operational controls together, with a clear separation between the frontend experience and backend device communication.
